We guarantee your rooted plants will arrive healthy and in excellent condition when shipped via Australia Post Express.

What is covered

• Plants that arrive dead on arrival.
• Severe transit damage, including
• snapped stems or crushed plants.
• Significant cold or heat damage that makes the plant non-viable on arrival.

What is not covered

• Minor cosmetic damage such as a yellow leaf, bent leaf, or slight leaf loss from shipping.
• Delays, lost parcels, or rough handling by the shipping carrier.
• Incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or parcels left outside after delivery.
• Normal transplant or shipping stress after the plant has been unpacked.

How to make a claim?

• Leave the plant in its original packaging.
• Take clear photos of the plant and packaging immediately after delivery.
• Contact Foliage Haven within 2 hours of the delivery timestamp with your photos.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All plants plants require Express Post to help maintain plant health during transit.

If your order includes a plant and only small accessories, such as plant ties or 70mm pots, Shopify may calculate separate shipping rates at checkout.

If we can safely combine your items into one Express, we will refund any excess shipping paid.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.

Place your plant in bright, indirect light and water when the growing medium begins to dry. Keep it in a warm environment with moderate to high humidity for the best growth. Growth may naturally slow during the cooler months.
