Shipping policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are the details for shipping:

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and your location.

All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

 

Processing Times:

• All orders are processed and shipped/ready for pick up within 1-5 business days of purchase.
• Please allow extra processing time during promotional periods. 
• All orders will be shipped with either Australia post or Aramex. 
  
  

Tissue culture shipping note:

Tissue culture plants require Express Post for plant health. If your order includes tissue culture and only small accessories (such as plant ties or 70mm pots), Shopify may calculate separate shipping rates at checkout. If we can safely combine your items into one Express parcel, we will refund any excess shipping paid.

We can’t ship tissue culture plants to WA, NT or TAS.
