Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. 
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request store credit. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Tissue Culture Pre-Order
Because we deal with delicate tissue cultures, if a product arrives at our facility below our quality standards, we will contact you immediately to offer either a full refund while we retain the stock, or a partial refund if you still wish to take the lower-quality plant.
