Returns Policy

 At Foliage Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how our return process works:

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for store credit only. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement item, store credit, or refund where required.
